Cave Story+ is a Pixel studio-developed refresh of the warmly received metroidvania-type production, which debuted in 2004. In the game, we play as Quote, who wakes up with amnesia on a large flying island. On it, we must help the gentle people of Mimigas in their clash with the evil Doctor and his henchmen. As part of the gameplay, we traverse successive maze-like levels, overcoming various obstacles and fighting our opponents with ten types of weapons, which can be additionally upgraded.
